
Repair and replacement of roads, sidewalks, tennis courts, pool, pool deck, your roof, siding, fences, doors, some of the glazing, termite tenting, landscaping including tree trimming in common areas, the children's playground, front gate, the office and Pavillion are all the responsibility of the Association.

Insurance for the buildings, not including your interior - everything from the unfinished drywall out is the Associations responsibility. Your water, cable and high speed internet are all included.

Snapper Village is a private community with a security guard manning the front gate for traffic control. Residents receive stickers for their vehicles to be able to enter the property without having to go through the traffic control gate.
