About Us
Snapper Village is a condominium association (not a homeowners association -HOA) that was built between 1974 and 1979. It is a quiet community of 94 townhomes and 3 atrium buildings consisting of 783 units on a little more than 100 acres of land surrounded by lakes, trees, foliage and wildlife. Our amenities include a playground, 3 tennis courts, and an award-winning pool that offers an amazing view of the snapper creek lake. Our pool is like no other and the Village also has an outside pavilion available for use by owners after reserving and completing the required paperwork. The community is regularly and well-maintained.
